OPEN SPACE FACILITATOR TRAINING 2008
Sustainable participation and change
Co-led by Roma Iskander and Sheila Marsh
Open Space connects personal responsibility with fresh thinking by creating structured opportunities for passionate & powerful conversations that Inspire meaningful action. ‘Open Space can help you when a major issue must be resolved, characterised by significant complexity and diversity, the pressure of potential or actual conflict and a decision time of yesterday’ ‘if you give people the rightconditions, people will do it for themselves… All my experience of working with change taught me that unless people do it for themselves nothing moves anyway!’
